The ocean breeze keeps this unit relatively cool, but if you wish to install air conditionning it can be done very easily and inexpensively. Unit is located at west-end of building and enjoys shade from afternoon sun.
This lovely home includes a view of the best bay on the north coast. Money can't buy such a beautiful scene. A five-minute walk will have you snorkling in this peaceful bay around a large reef. Or just lay on the beach or enjoy one fo the many fine restaurants and bars along the malacon.
